"Slow, slow boarding and even worse getting off"
Boarding took forever, like really, really slow. I figured once we landed it would be fine, but getting off the plane was somehow even worse. Just a frustrating experience all around.

"Comfort was just okay"
It was fine for the trip, but I wouldn’t say it was especially comfortable. Some of the extra padding or features felt a bit unnecessary, and overall it just did the job.

"Refund was handled smoothly"
I had to cancel my cruise last minute, so I was a bit stressed about how the refund would go. Gorio Cruises got back to me quickly and clearly told me exactly what they needed, which was a relief. The money showed up sooner than I expected too. No back-and-forth, no having to email them every day. Just a smooth process from start to finish, and I really appreciated that.

There are some really good photo spots here. I think other customers would enjoy it too, especially if you like taking pictures or want a nice backdrop for memories.

Our guide was really funny and kept everyone involved the whole time. It never felt boring, and he had some kinda great stories and jokes that made the cruise really enjoyable. We had a great time.

"Finally, a tour that didn’t feel chaotic"
Our guide was great, super friendly and clearly knew what he was talking about, which was such a relief because I’ve been on way too many tours where nobody seems to have a clue. Everything was relaxed but still actually organised, thank goodness. He answered all our questions without making us feel rushed, and the whole cruise just felt easy for once. I’d definitely book again.

The narration wasn’t bad at all, but there were moments where it felt like the narrator suddenly hit the gas and left me scrambling to keep up. Some parts came through clearly, while others got a bit rushed and muddy, which made the whole experience feel slightly more chaotic than it needed to be...

"The ticket booth service was pretty…"
The ticket booth service was disappointing. I asked a couple of simple questions and the staff acted like I was bothering them. The line was moving painfully slow, but no one seemed to know who was actually in charge or what was holding things up. It felt like everyone was passing responsibility around instead of helping. Not a great way to start the trip, and I definitely wouldn’t use them again.

"Surprisingly Easy to Find"
We booked with Gorio Cruises and, getting there was way easier than I expected. The location was close to where we were staying, so we didn’t have to deal with taxis or a long walk, which was a relief. The signs and directions were actually clear enough that even we couldn’t mess it up as first-timers. We found the meeting point quickly and boarded without any confusion

"Super Easy Cruise Booking"
I booked a cruise on goriocruises.com last night, it was absolutely as straightforward as it gets. The dates and prices were right there, crystal clear, and I definitely didn’t have to hunt around forever trying to find the cabin I wanted. Payment went through with zero issues, and the confirmation email showed up fast. So far, everything has been completely smooth, and I’d 100% use them again

We took the boat out sometime last month—or maybe it was the end of the month before, but either way, it was a really good experience. The boat was clean, felt well maintained, and everything seemed to be in good shape. No complaints at all.

"Good trip, but scooter access could be smoother"
Overall, the trip was fine, but getting around with my scooter wasn’t always the easiest. The staff were helpful, which I really appreciated, but a few of the ramps and boarding areas felt a bit awkward to use. A friend had recommended the trip to me, so I still enjoyed it, but I do think accessibility could be improved a little

"Easy to book and just felt like a good setup"
Booking was easy, and I really liked that they had a few different tour times instead of only super early ones. We found one that worked with our day, which was a big relief. I just had a good feeling about the whole process overall. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that some of the times were already full when I looked, which was a little disappointing.

"Pretty good cruise with really, really nice views"
I booked through GO RIO Cruises the trip was good. The sightseeing was definitely the best part, lots and lots of nice views, and it wasn’t too crowded, which made it more relaxing. The only small downside was waiting a bit while boarding, but overall I had a good time.

"Trip was fine but timing was off"
I booked through goriocruises.com and the cruise itself was okay, nothing too bad. But the timing was annoying honestly. We left late and nobody really explained what was going on, they just kept saying to wait a bit. It ended up messing up our plans after that. Not the worst experience, but if they put a schedule, they should try to follow it better.

"Nice cruise, but felt a little too short"
I went on this cruise with my sister, and while it was okay overall, we were a bit disappointed with the timing. It was advertised as being around 2 hours, but after waiting to board, we ended up getting back much sooner than expected. It felt kind of rushed, and for the actual amount of time we spent on the water, it didn’t really feel worth the price.

I booked a cruise through the site and overall it went fine. The payment process seemed secure enough, and I did get my confirmation without any issues. That said, the website felt kind of basic to me, and I would’ve liked to see clearer safety or security info before entering my payment details. Maybe they focus more on keeping things simple than explaining all the details, but I’m not totally sure. It wasn’t a bad experience, just one that could feel a bit more polished and reassuring
